In this dynamic and empowering session, we will explore the journey of breaking free from the conventional norms and expectations that often confine educators, and instead, discovering the true essence of your unique teaching identity. As teachers, we are frequently told to fit into a predefined "mold," adhering to certain standards and practices. However, the key to creating an impactful and fulfilling teaching experience lies in embracing authenticity and cultivating your individual teaching style.

In this session we will: challenge traditional teaching paradigms, increase self-reflection and awareness, and discuss ways to overcome the challenges as we cultivate our unique teaching styles.
