Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

What is an Innovation Caucus? An Innovation Caucus is a forum designed to foster collaborative dialogue, critical analysis, and the exchange of ideas among participants who are passionate about a specific subject area. It's a unique opportunity for:
  • stakeholders to come together, drawing from diverse experiences and perspectives
  • to explore innovative solutions and strategies.
The focus is on active participation and collective problem-solving, and forging connections among individuals dedicated to making a tangible impact.

In the ever-evolving landscape of our communities and workplaces, the imperative to foster environments that are inclusive to all has never been more critical. This Innovation Caucus is dedicated to bringing together minds from various backgrounds to engage with the challenges and opportunities of implementing inclusive practices in our spheres of influence.

This session will serve as a platform for participants to collaborate in small-group settings, encouraging open, honest dialogue and shared learning, around a mutual goal of creating inclusive classrooms

Guiding Questions for Participants: To stimulate meaningful discussion and collaboration, participants will explore a series of guiding questions. These questions include:

1. Identifying Barriers: What are the most significant challenges to implementing inclusive practices within your organization or community? How might these be addressed?
2. **Inclusive Leadership**: In what ways can leadership play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive culture? Share examples of effective inclusive leadership practices.
3. **Communication and Language**: How might language and the way we communicate impact inclusivity? Share any strategies for adopting more inclusive language.
4. **Policy and Practice**: What policies or practices have you found to be effective in promoting inclusivity?
5. **Feedback and Improvement**: How can organizations effectively gather feedback on their inclusivity efforts and use this feedback for continuous improvement?

Join us in this collaborative journey towards inclusion and the practices that support them.
